Well on my recent trip over the Fenris Games' workshop, (;) ) Ian dug out another old vehicle he mastered a while back, (if you remember he did this with the other Sci-fi APC/Marauder and I posted up and poll and ta da etc....).
This has a real 2000AD Judge Dredd flavour to it, but could also be used for any number of Hard Sci-fi, post apoc games.
By Ian's own admission, the lettering needs removing and starting again and the master, much like the last vehicle, needs a bit of work.
Anyway here are the pics now vote away!

Maybe should the forward face be modified (from spheric thingy to 3 big headlights => more conventionnal cabin) to become less scifi and usable for near future/zombie/SWAT. ::)

A bit of tweaking here and there , an airlock on the cab and some knobbly tyres , and it would make a great Moon bus . :-*

It's beautiful. I personally think the lettering is fine as-is. I would recomend that you have an option fo rrear tracks as well as the wheel option. The rear area looks large enough to accomodate a track. Otherwise it's great.

Nice but very chunky so wouldn't it be quite expensive?
All it needs it a bumper sticker "My other cars a hover"...

I dunno - I like the back a lot, but I am just not exciterated by the front of the vehicle. Feels "we ran out of cool earth cars for Transformers so we're making s$!* up' to me.

Please without the lettering. The lettering limits the usage.

Like Sinewgrab, I like the back half... but the front doesn't appeal to me... it looks random kit bash, not stylish.

I tried to like it but I guess it really isn't my cup of tea. It might be more convincing to me with bigger wheels but then again if this thing is only for cruising the streets then bigger wheels would not be necessary. In general it's not something I'd buy unless I somehow find a really good use for it like the last vehicle, which I liked better.
I think it looks too much like a subway train too me.

Another "me too" about preferring the back of the vehicle to the front :)
I've had a look at the photos a few times now, and it's kind of growing on me. Without any offensive capabilty, however, not sure where it'd fit in - might work for future urban, but probably not much use on the battlefield :-I
I really hope it's got four wheels, because as a trike, I'd never buy it.

i've got 3 different designs of "Urban/SWAT" type vehicles and i dont like any of them... i just cant make something that i find convincing enough for me.
I've got to say that i have the same feeling about this design also: its not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but something about it doesnt quite gel... i think the front-cab needs narrowing down by about a third.
Oh! and tell iain to clean up all those dragons-tails before they get broken!!!. lol

I like it as well.
Agree with the others, that it could use some tweaking...but pretty impressive.
I'd like knobby tires (or a half track)
No lettering.
An open bed possiblity?
I think it'd be a great vehicle for my Salvage Crew.

I really like the chunky body but am unsure about what it would look like with wheels. Not sure what I would use it for either so it would just sit around waiting for a project.
I'd love to see some painted examples.

Fenris should finish the armored version of their sci fi APC as promised first...

The only thing that doesn't look right to me yet is the front mudguard. But if all six wheels will have the same size and come up in line the model will be perfect as it is now.

Just needs to lose the lettering (even though i like it) just give it more uses, tracked version would be good too

My thoughts exactly, Jed, and the main reason this has sat in a cupboard for >10 years.
Nothing likely to be done with this for a while during dragon production, and up-armoured versions of the Marauder will be done first, but pleased to see some interest in this....

That's Tims job at my place: he always comes in and starts digging through old-project "Cor, whats this then?" "How long you had this? "What you doin with this?" "oooo! You should do something with this..."
the amount of "stuff" he finds is incredible... i'd forgotten about most of it lol

Yep, lose the lettering. Decals are better and would make it more attractive for a variety of uses.
I like the idea of a tracked alternative too, but either way perfect for those awkward trips into the Cursed Earth!
