Title: 'Destroyermen' books and available 28mm figures?
Post by: Grimjack on March 22, 2011, 08:31:31 PM
The 'Destroyermen' series by Taylor Anderson is my book series of choice at the moment - can sort out Grik thanks to endless GW Lizardmen but a bit stuck for US Navy personnel for World War Two. Does anyone know of suitable figures for this? Also, Lemurians, any ideas?

There are some lovely US Navy gunboat crew in Bob Murch's Pulp range;

I'm certainly no expert, but I'm sure they'll pass muster.

I'll second that. the US naval uniform really didn't change much from WWI through WWII.
