Title: 6 mm VSF gaming?
Post by: Conquistador on March 24, 2011, 10:22:29 PM
As I contemplate the retirement years/move I am wondering if anyone has considered/used 6 mm figures for VSF battles? How did it work out?

Gracias,

Glenn

I'm working on a 6mm VSF project at the moment (covered HERE (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=23399.0) on the forum and over on my BLOG (http://haarken.blogspot.com/). It's still in the building and painting stage at the moment but I have been casting my eye around and have been looking at various rulesets.

As far as I'm concerned I believe that 6mm has just as much potential as any other scale for VSF battles, though it might be a struggle to bring some of the personalities involved to the fore in such a scale.

Indeed, I think Haarken shows just how much potential 6mm has.

Yep, you have to move away from personality based adventure, but you have so much you can do with mighty machines and terrain.

Love the floating islands you created, Haarken!

6mm can be very inspiring!
Wait until I get my 5 corps of French and 5 corps of allies painted up and put on the table
Don't hold your breath - just wait
