Title: 15 (0r 10) mm armies
Post by: Conquistador on March 31, 2011, 02:06:18 AM
Okay, I may need to trade in my 25+ mm figures for 15 mm (unsure about 10 mm instead, 6 mm a definite for large battles,) when I retire and move. IF I decide to do that – what sources do you guys use for 10 or 15 mm armies for small battles?

My interest in the 19th Century would be internal/external conventional and colonial wars where Spain was one of the participants.

Ideas for sources for Spanish armies?

Gracias,

Glenn

My first thought is the Virtual Armchair General - if I recall rightly.  He has a range for the Spanish American War.  If you can find a source, sadly doubtful, Frontier used to be a good source.  Of the top of my head that's all I can think of.  Keep an eye on Blue Moon Manufacturing's 15 mm offerings if you like Africa exploration games you are in for a treat come summertime.  There's a ton of offerings in 15 mm so go browse around - some of the main ones not mentioned: Essex, Minifigs, LKM direct (QRF, Freikorps), Old Glory 15s, Irregular, Peter Pig - and that's really just a glancing blow to what's out there.  Probably more options in 15 than in the larger scales when you add it all up.
