Darn it, I need two votes for this one!!
-
:o Whichever one I don't vote for, I'll feel guilty for not voting for!
-
Hardest choice this round.
Two lovely entries Gents :-* :-* :-*
Good luck to both of you.
-
Tough competition this time again.
By the by, I have a couple of acknowledgements/apologies to make:Monty Python for the quote, and Plynkes for the elephant dung heap idea.
-
Clash of the titans! :o
Top stuff guys from both of you!
-
the elephant dung heap idea.
???
If you didn't point it out, I would never recognize it!
lol lol Great idea!!
-
I see your point. I counted the minis involved after I submitted. 70 and change, counting the chicken crates as only one.
(There are a few other little private jokes embedded if you know where to look.)

I think a full breakdown of everything (after the round of course) will be required.
:)
Two masterful entries, every round seems to get better!
-
Wow! The first entry is very well painted and top-notch as usual, great work Remgain! The second entry though, WOW! You can almost smell the dung! The huge amount of animals really makes this my favourite entry for the round, and I rarely pick a favourite! Great work Hammers and I'm thrilled you're tackling this LPL at full steam with a new entry every week so far!
-
Arghh, this vote is very difficult, i need half my vote to both!!! Well done mates, fantastic works!!!! :o
-
Unbelievably good Hammers. Took me a few minutes to find the man and his dog. With so many excellently painted figures surrounding your team it's a beautiful vignette. You must have an amazing collection of animal figures considering what we have seen this league.

Thank you. I am going to need to scale down a bit, at least until the last round. I tend to think too big with my entries.
-
I do hope you'll make more threads of close-up shots of your entries when all the dust settles, H. I'd really like to get a closer look at some of the individual parts of these epic panoramas.
-
Certainly. I have taken WIP photographs and closeups of all my entries so far.
-
Smashing entry, Hammers! You seem well prepared for this year's league, and I'm looking forward to your next inspiring ideas.
Remgain, your Napoleonics are top notch in this round's clash of the Titans ...
;D
-
Nice stuff chaps :)
Hammers I like your cinematic approach,brilliant :)
-
:-* :o ;D :D
Both amazing entries...I love the feel and cinematic quality of the cattle market...but when it comes down to straight up figure painting I have to go with the French Infantry.
These are both intimidating entries!
Cheers,
Blue

Everybody has said it already, and they're right - what a match-up! Two superb entries!
-
Those awesome entries. Great painting guys, well done to the both of you! Now to choose...
-
2 excellent entries as one has come to expect from such good painters
I reckon we should have a vote for each
-

Remgain, These are the finest painted 28mm French I have ever seen. I voted for yours without any second thought. Keir

As everybody already said...wonderful stuff, beautiful painted and very inspiring. :-* Where can I get this dead cow hanging from the wall?

Thank you very much, Keir! :)
They're Victrix plastics and are a pleasure to paint (although a little tricky to assembly).

I to find your Nappies quite wonderful, Remgain.
Frank, the cow comes with the plastic GW giant. I bought it separately though, from a online bitsbox shop.

Well, I'm very proud of the compliments of the man at the top (btw: well deserved)! :D

On a side note, Galland, those are the goats and sheep you can have for your pirate board if you want.
