Half a unit done.
Ramshackle only has 2 variants, which is a pity, so I've added some "hair" to some of them.
(oh and looking at the picture I'm going to give the lumps of rock they're holding some more love... came out rather flat)

VERY COOL & WELL DONE! I love the Guy with the Mohawk.

Very nice. The middle one reminds me of the Large resin Orc's from Leviathan.

Dr. Viking, you are really doing justice to the Ramshackle minis. Love the skin tones and the hair; is that some static grass painted blue? How big are they, are those 40mm bases?
Beautiful painting

As mentioned it's part of a unit of 6 so it's a bit sloppy here and there. I'm supposedly doing 1800 pts for a 'tournament'. The criteria to partake are quite simply: You have to make an army that is funny to play and play against.. and you have to paint it all from scratch from now until Rocktober.
They are indeed 40mm bases and the hair is made from some of the ever popular 'grass tufts'.
I even attempted a beard on one of them but it didn't work out. I'm not going to let that one attempt put me down though. lol

Ha, brilliant Dr.V! Did you paint the grass tuft? If so how?
The models were made because a friend came to stay and wanted a project to do in a day, so we sculpted a troll each. They are a bit rough but thats why its so cheap for the 2 of them.

Yes I did. Simply mounted it first and then painted it with standard mini painting paint. They are deep green originally. Did it on the one on the base too.

You ought to do a second session. 3-4 variants is enough to make a huge unit without anyone thinking they're too similar. :D
