It's a Woldwyrd from Privateer Press.  Nifty fig, and very annoying in-game!

Thanks, Heldrak! I'm quite fond of how he turned out myself and really look forward to zapping an enemy caster with it 8)

As LidlessEye said, it's a Woldwyrd from PP, he's from Circle of Orboros from Hordes. It's actually the miniature that got me attracted to Circle in the first place :)
