There was apparently a profusion of absurd hats at the recent royal wedding, and the original poster was comparing their ridiculous headgear to Thor's evil half-brother Loki.

My wife were watching the "show" and I accidentally saw that scene with the hats.... this world is mad or some of those guests were aliens.
