Thanks! Heads are not separate.  They could be clipped off rather easily.  Here's another one I did, converted as a Police suit:

Nope! It and the other components I used for the conversion are from the plastic Void infantry available a while back.

 They are quite nice indeed (and I love your paintjob!) but also fairly pricey. Especially compared to other 15mm stuff.
