No talk of me turning to the 'dark side' please gents.....

I did really enjoy painting this little fella up so there may be more of his kind coming soon.... An Officer of the 43rd Light Infantry.

Very nice  :-* :-* :-*

Tread carefully though, it starts with just the one and then you do another and before you know it.....

There are help groups available and you may be able to get funding. Getting a leaflet from your GP is a good place to start ;D

There's a button missing on the left side of his pelisse  >:(

Oops, sorry - slipped into anal-retentive Napoleonic mode. I'm better now, honest!  lol lol

Beautifully done and the frogging on the pelisse is perfect! You definitely need to get a few hundred more to paint  :D

Thanks to all for the kind comments  8).

I really enjoyed painting the chap up. There will be more where he came from at some point but a couple of other projects are on the go that require some attention first. Isn't it always the way?

'Luckily' this chap was part of the Steve Dean Painting Swap so I don't have any others to paint up.

I do have a craving to paint up the Perry 43'rd as the Durham Light Infantry as a prezzie for my Dad- our home town you see.

Also, there's a lot of Crimean and GNw stuff on my painting bench awaiting their turn for a lick of paint  ;D.
