Some figures I'm working on at the moment.
Will have 2 mounts and 5 mounted versions by tomorrow too.

Just thought I'd share.
Cheers

Nice :-*
Any more planned with sabres/dismounted?
-
The mounted versions will have machine pistols, lances and some with sabres. The set will be going upb for sale so if the buyer wants some extras with sabres, then they'll be done :)
-
Space Santa!
I quite like those. Nice simple models that won't take a lifetime to paint. Look like they'd sit well with Pig Iron stuff.
-
Nice, mind that the beards don't get too big, fine line between hardened veteran of the Siberian wastes....and a fancy dress comedy beard stag party in Amsterdam. I should know.... ;)
-
Yep, my thoughts on the beards too! :-o
Not getting any bigger so no worries there!
-
Hasn't some smart manufacturer just told you to contact them when you have a new group of sculpts done yet?
-
Nice - I could do with some of there!
-
Rest of the figures.
5 dismounted, 5 Riders and 2 Tundra Beasts.

Love those Tundra Beasts! :-*
I'll take 10. >:D

I like the cossacks but the riding animals look like horses covered with rugs. Something a bit more arctic maybe?

I fear I agree. I hate to invoke a cliché but perhaps horns and fangs would give them a more "savage" appearance?
-
+1 for the toothed attack yak idea ;)
-
Horns would definitely be cool!
-
I think the hairy horses look good - what about detachable horns?
-
The cossacks are great. The mounts look interesting, but just don't "pop" like most of your work.
Maybe they would look less like hairy horses if you gave them a flat nose more like a yak, or thicker legs, maybe bulk out the neck like a bison. I hate to say it, they do look like an animal that would have horns.
-
I have to stick up for the 'woolly horse' look, even if they weren't intended like that. Makes a great plausible/minor mutation. Gives 'em a bit of a Dougal Dixon look. :)
-
I like these - the mounts look great, not sure why others don't like them?
-
Love these :-* :-*
-
How about putting'em on snowmobiles? How cool would that be?
NB 'cossack' is a very generalised term, there are many types with very different appearances. I mention this as I'm married to one (without a beard). Either way, I think these are great figures, really nice.
