Some of my recently painted gangsters that have been appearing in my games of the excellent 7TV from Crooked Dice . The first of my 'period' cast has sneaked into the second photo.

I used the Victoria Stone Paving embossed styrene from Wills. I glue it to the thinnest bases from Litko and then sand the edges. The round base acts as a guide for the sanding.
The resin bases are great, but I wanted a thinner base. The York Stone makes a great flagstone style base.

They look familiar :) Lovely stuff.

It's all your fault ;) Thanks to 7TV I'm up to my eyes in Copplestone bits for secret lairs and mission controls along with enough Ainsty refinery resin to rival BP.
Seriously, can't recommend the game enough and distinctly miffed that I can't make Rich Jones' grand 7TV day out down south in June.

You will be missed Paddy. but there is always the Crooked North Casting Day to organise.
Good thing about living in the middle of the country is that EVERYWHERE is miles away! :?

Lovely work, oldschool :-*
I had the same plans myself. Couldn't convince the wife that I needed another closet for my stuff, so I'll have to re-invent :)
