Way back in 1987, GW released a box supplement to Warhammer called The Enemy Within: Death on the Reik. In addition to the main book, it contained a 16 page booklet called River Life of the Empire which had as its centrefold a spread on river boats. There were half a dozen profile and plan views of various boats from a rowing boat up to a large river boat, with the plan views showing interior arrangements. No scale unfortunately but that could probably be worked out with a bit of thought. It may be what you're looking for.
If you can't find a copy, I could try scanning it for you.

I have it (box and book) and it is for that campaign but I seem to remember they are blue...

I've been looking for something similar.
Its not card but Manorhouse have just released this - http://manorhouseworkshopmindstalkers.wordpress.com/passo-passo/montare-e-dipingere-velocemente-una-barca-per-wargame-manorhouse-workshop/
Its a little small - for a normal Reik barge you would need something closer to 20cm but is a nice model and a good price.

Sorry, not trying to be difficult, but what difference does the colour make? Do you intend to use what you find simply as a map to position your figures or were you planning on constructing a model based on the artwork? Either way, I don't understand why the colour is important. You should be able to scan the images in greyscale if necessary.
