Following on from my earlier topic: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=29733.0
Thanks for all your suggestions, very much appreciated :)
After much consideration, and drooling over the many options suggested, I've decided to go porcine with my warband & ordered a batch of Otherworld's Pig-faced Orcs. There's a good selection of figures & they really appeal to me for some strange reason "oink".
So, the next question is... anybody suggest any other pig based figures to bulk things out a bit? I know I've seen several great ones but buggered if I can remember where :?
-
Reaper and Bronze Age both have nice were-boars.
-
Spinespur might be worth a look. Specifically pig man, the squealers and the gourmandisers.
-
There is a were-boar from mage knight, which you can get for half a dollar from collectable miniature traders (if they have it in stock)
-
Privateer Press has a line of "Farrow" pig-men, although they may be a bit too steampunky for your liking.
The Farrow Bone Grinders (http://privateerpress.com/files/products/minions/units/farrow-bone-grinders.png) and Lord Carver (http://privateerpress.com/files/products/Lord-Carver.png) and Rorsh & Brine (http://privateerpress.com/files/products/minions/solos/rorsh-and-brine.png) are particularly nice models.

Ooooh nice :) That Bronze Age were-boar is a compulsory purchase, thanks.

They are stunning figures & would be ideal but, you're right, maybe just a little bit too steampunky :(
Thanks again for all your help, chaps. Some great suggestions there. Looks like my bank account is in for another hammering :D

Ah, that's the PP minis I was talking about. :)
After searching for a link from WK a while back I found the piggies from Quacktica (old lance and laser sculpts) skirmisher.cerizmo.com/categories/559--quactica-rules-miniatures
(http://skirmisher.cerizmo.com/images/0001/4117/Gobblings_with_Swords__grayscale_.jpg?1262255030)
There's also archers, spears and command plus some (a bit crude) pig faced orcs.
Also a new company is on it's way here http://fractureddimensionsnews.blogspot.com/ (scroll down)
I personally don't like the proposed heads, they look a bit like schweinhunds!

This guy from Spherewars might be of interest

Thanks, they could come in handy as annoying little runts :D
Love that Sphere Wars beast too, great find. Will definitely try to hunt one those down.

Reaper's Warlord line has some nice boar-faced Bull Orcs in their Reven faction.
-
Minifigs used to have a range of pig-faced orcs, never really cared for them, but they also had hobgoblins in pseudo samurai armour.
Caliver have Minifigs range now, but at present only list the pig-faced orcs (on the 25mm classic fantasy page). There are 14 different figures, not all have pictures.
