Title: Giant Spider
Post by: blackstone on June 26, 2011, 10:35:38 AM
Did a quick paintjob on this yesterday. The figure's from megaminis. Pictured here with a 15mm figure, for a "we're gonna need a bigger net" moment  :)

That looks really good! I hope you weren't to creeped out while painting it.

This is really a fantastic paint job, wonderful work!
My favorite part is probably the markings around his eyes and on the edges of his cephalothorax.

I love seeing megaminis figs painted up all snazzy to show their character shining through the sub-standard sculpting.

It's not always the sculpting, but rather the catalogue paint jobs. John really should trawl around for some nice pics of fan painted metal!

Very cool. It's really refreshing to see spiders/creepy crawlies painted with a bit of thought. There are a hell of a lot of basic jet-black spiders with red eyes out there!

Well done!

Very nice. I think that fellow is in trouble...
