I think you should thin your paints a bit- especailly your flesh. better to put on a couple of coats smoothly than one and have it end up gritty.

otherwise- nice model

Looks to me like the best possible (ish) job that can be done with a not so great sculp.

Like Rob said, really thin your paints, she looks like she is wearing a bit too much makeup

 ;)

Likewise, the highlights could be a bit more subtle - if you are dry brushing them, it will work better, with less paint on the brush, and maybe with a couple of shades, rather than one.

Would suggest you preview, before posting....helps avoid the hair on gun, thing....easily done.

Finally, the base let's you down a little, almost like it was a relief, to get it done.  Would suggest either a couple more highlights/washes, or add some texture, with some sand, then
paint, or a bit of flock/silflor.

look back at this mini, in a year, and I bet your painting will be leaps ahead.

Yes! Indeed. All good points.

I have some old TSR minis, Star Frontiers, assault armored guys, I painted them predominantly re.ds, with whits highlights.(so they look like a unit, numbers 1-5 on helmets. Di.dsn't care for the most carefully crafted results I got (anyone familiar with these figs will know; not the best source material)

Anyway, I added some finly ground steel sahvings (Disk breke disk reasurfacing leavings to be precise.)  And they looked 1000% better just for that.

And, you will progress with experience, a lot of what we do, is a skill which needs to be honed. We all have artistic sides, and the art is where the fun comes in, bnut the basics must be there first.

How do I get to Carnegy Hall?
Practice!
