Title: Classic Citadel sculpters who've made 15mm figs?
Post by: phreedh on 12 July 2011, 09:49:23 AM
So... it seems I've caught the 15mm bug badly, as it's what is occupying my hobby brain at the moment.

I've got a bunch of Olley's 18-ish mm figs from Splintered Lights. Have any of the other "classic" Citadel sculpters done any 15 or so mm ranges? I know Copplestone have something brewing. Anyone else? The Morrisons? Kev Adams? Goodwin?

The Perry brothers did the 15mm Traveller range for Citadel in the 80s. RAFM have rereleased them. They're still very nicely done and work well for all sorts of sci-fi.

I believe one of the Perry brothers, maybe both, sculpted a range of 15mm miniatures for Wargames Foundry some years ago. It ws a range suitable for 15th Century and the Wars of the Roses. I have a photo of them in some old Wargames Illustrated and they looked very nice.

Cheers,

Barry

Aly Morrison started in 15mm when he was still in Edinburgh, he designed most of the old Mike's Models ranges.

and a lot for Tabletop Games too.

The Perrys WOTR figs are very nice, I have some somewhere.  Bob Naismith did loads in 15mm.

I dont know who did them but I have some 15mm versions of the Goodwin dwarves done for Asgard
