My version of the Crimson Lance from Borderlands for my Sci-Fi setting.
The Red Lance are the military arm of the Krom Corporation and are used to protect corporate assets.

The Lance assault team distinguished by red armour.

Lance Troopers with Sergeant (the guy without a helmet and missing a shoulder pad).
These are Ikore plastic Virdians from Scotia Grendel. At a massive 50p a pop I am not arguing.

Thanks for the comments.
I undercoated in black and had a hell of a time getting the red up to colour with them. I am hoping the metal one I am going to use as an officer will come out better.

Might be worth investing in GW Foundation Mechrite Red as a basecoat for your red.

Thanks for the tip.

GW Dark Flesh, then Scab red and then Blood red, you can then go on to oranges if you wish from there.

Officers have different coloured armour to the rest of the Lances rank and file.
Whilst I am in not Borderlands mode, here is a denizen of the old prison known as Lock Down Palace. The prisoners run the place and wear a mix of prison and guard garb.

Not to happy with this figure. I should have painted the jacket blue rather than using several thin coats. Not too happy with the pants either. Still live and learn eh?
