Does this supplement include Soviet scouts?

 I recently purchased the rules and want to use the figures I have been collecting for another rule set with Victory Decision and I don't want my scout unit to go to waste.

The book includes Recon Teams as a Regimental Support Element.
The unit features options to arm them with Bolt Action Rifles. SMGs or the SVT-40 Tokarev Self Loading Rifle.
