Just saw this on the Pulp Figures site:

Sure would have come in handy back when I was doing that "Mighty Joe Kong" thing that you may remember.

oh dear...

*cat call* *wolf whistle*

Are these figures sold in europe?
Can somebody give me a hint!
BTW: that "Mighty Joe Kong" adventure was really great, specially the ROAR Template! :)

I don't think so. Whenever I buy Pulp, I buy them direct. I've never had any problems doing so.
(Thanks, by the way. Coming soon from the same manufacturers: The "What kind of POO is this?" cup!)

OK! Thanks, but it's not the store shipping policy that bothers me ... the real problem is called Portuguese Customs, in which it's clerks are better describbed as a crossover of Officer Crabtree and Scrooge McDuck :?
I really don't know how things are on other countries but portuguese custom guys are really compared with a vaccum cleaner! :?

Grimm's dreams sound rather interesting...

regarding the rest of the news from PULP MINIATURES:

I liked the lower leftmost criminal... it's pose reminds me of some kind of criminal from an Hergé Book! :)

They are quite the shit. I may just have to get me some of of those lab coat fellas for my asylum game. The question will be on which side of the bars I should put them.
-
Cool! Love the gangster with the BAR and the hooded gaoler (he'd fit in nice with the Jade Hood stuff).

"We're the guards and you're the prisoners... no, hold on.. We're the prisoners you're the guards!"
:D

So do we think the dangling girlie is more Fay Wray or more Naomi Watts? (Please don't say Jessica Lange  )
The gangster figures just don't do it for me. I can't come to terms with the strangely, erm.. 'blobby' style of Pulp Figures.
Guess they are just an acquired taste. :?
But that said, Kong's victim looks a great piece - much more finely sculpted.

I am a bit surprized Mr. Murch hasn't put the oh so typical girl tied to the rails in that collection.
You know, the type of girl which dthere was a plage of bacj in the silent movie era and which had a quite negative impact on train schedules:
