Title: WIP VSF Deep Sea Diver from isaanmini
Post by: Dr DeAth on 28 July 2011, 11:45:40 PM
Isaanmini (Barry) has asked me to post this on his behalf while he gets his technology sorted - apparently the steam-powered PC is giving him grief!

The photo was taken on a mobile so doesn't really do the green the justice it deserves. Having seen it 'in the flesh' I think it's going to be a very nice mini when it's finished.

Good for a deep sea diving or aether suit.  :)

Looking nice but a word of advice... Cut away the GS hook and replace it with a metal hook like on the right hand. You'll get a much more balanced figure that way. If you're going to have it cast then try and back-fill it with a little bit of GS.

I think the greenstuff "hook" is a hand.

Yes, the hands are not completed
looking at the picture I am rather disappointed, it doesnt really look interesting enough.
I now intend to give the overalls a little more texture or folds, but ofcourse as I said its not finished ,so perhaps when the pipes, rivets etc are added it will look better
Thanks for the comments though
