Title: Knocked out vehicle markers tutorial

Put together a quick and easy tutorial on some "knocked out vehicle markers". Saw this concept in a youtube tutorial a while back and made some myself yesterday.

might I suggest a bit more colour to the base (flames) as seen in this footage :

You might, it would take 3 seconds per counter to touch them up some more. I wasn't sure how much color I wanted them to have  :)
