Both ?Citadel, would have to look on SOL to find exact codes.

Second one is a mid 80's Citadel chaos fighter from the C01 line

The second one and maybe the first too is a chaos warrior. My first thought for the 1st was the champion from the later Red Redemptionists but then IIRC I just added him to mine because of his mask and robes.
