Eureka has a set of modern frogmen with a boat:

Set of 6 figures with assault boat. Each of the six crew figures comes in a different action pose, wearing frogman masks and chest mounted re-breather gear. They are armed with their trusty H&K MP5s; a pistol; and an assault shotgun. The boat is a "waterline" resin model (80mm long), and includes a powerful looking outboard motor (cast in white metal) for you to attach for those rapid arrival, non-stealth missions! The equipment used by this type of soldier or marine is very generic, so the figures can be used to represent any NATO or similar Heckler-Koch armed amphibious Special Forces. Now it's time for your Special Forces to infiltrate the oceans and inland waterways of your opponent.
