Title: Anyone who does 28mm East German Border Troops ?
Post by: celtoslegion on November 13, 2007, 06:30:27 PM
I was thinking about doing something in the cold war era, like 70's or early 80's.

Is there anyone out there who does 28mm East Germans (DDR-Grenztruppen)?

I think there are a few 80's russians from Eureka and it shouldn't be too hard to get your hands on US-Troops, but I can't find anything more european like Bundeswehr or east germans.

thanks for your help

Yep Mongrel has some lovely figures, I have the Brits, Afghans and Ruskis, they are a dream to paint and sculpted by the talented Mr Hicks.

Actually I think if I remember right that Soapy sculpted the East Germans

You could use some of the Soviets as Border guards as well as the East Germans
