The female Dwarf's hat is the first bit of basic sculpting I ever did....about 25 years ago.....still needs varnishing.

Those are FANTASTIC! I love the Dwarf Babe's hat...I shutter to think what WONDERS you're producing now if that's what you were capable of a quarter of a century ago. The Old Fellow with his cane is a GREAT & WELL DONE piece...me looks like a flattering take on moi.
-
Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't always get round to varnishing. ::)
The lady looks rather formidable in that hat - nice pj's too!
-
Lovely work, especially the old chaps 8)
-
Love them both, but that Old Boy's face says it all!
Great expression!
-
A nice pair. Is she the reason he looks so gloomy?
-
amazing minis and top painting job!
-
Awesome PJs. And like others already said the Old guys face is extremely well done.
Ohh, and "nice hat", of course :)
-
Looking good!
-
Nightmare with the matt vernish which dried patchy white/opaque in places.......finally managed to save them but it was a pain! Almost gave up on the female dwarf at the top but time and patience paid off :)

Saw and loved these on Frothers, but I hadn't seen the first two yet. Great work on both!
-

Will the top one sing as an attack?

Will the top one sing as an attack?

Nice rescue! - chap with the two-handed sword is a fave of mine.
Interesting basing style by the way - is it for a particular setting?

No, just went back to how I used to do bases years ago. A lot quicker but not sure if I like it....looked better before I posted the pics......
-
Fair enough - certainly a very stylised style if that makes sense?!
Must say I prefer mine a bit more naturalistic but I can see the speed thing being attractive!

I think her bison hat is back in fashion now, these things always come around again...
Nice paint jobs.

Citadel Samurai Dwarf. One of my fave Dwarf minis.

A nice pair. Is she the reason he looks so gloomy?
Probably cause he's married to her.
But great painting and work, looking forwards to seeing more.
-
:o Love the dwarf samurai...a figure that has eluded me for years now. Nice PJ on him!
Cheers,

Number 2 is a slight conversion on an Citadel Goblin leader figure. Just a head swap and helmet added.

Liking the Templar vibe of these guys very much. Unusual, but it works really well!

More Dwarves, pardon the pics..................

These are some of my most favourite dwarfs. Nicely done. I am looking forward to seeing a nice big group shot. I am liking the white colour scheme too.
-
Stunning work DD. So nice seeing these old dwarfs brought back to life - and painted with such love and passion. Keep'm coming, plz :)
-
Lovely paint jobs. I really like the white paint scheme; not your typical dwarfish blue or red.
-
VERY COOL! The Little Guys look like short Teutonic Knights in their white regalia. NICELY DONE!
-
Love 'em. :-* Nice paintjobs on some of my favorite figs of all. The high contrast black & white scheme works well.
