15mm will sort you out a treat for aliens and predators, both from:

range is reduced currently but will be expanding again soon, can't remember if the predator figure has been put back on not.

Heresy Miniatures have a limited edition 28mm Predator style hunter if thats any use.

Unfortunately 20mm sci-fi is pretty slim pickings. I've searched but not found much worth anything unfortunately better switching to 15 or 28mm.
