Anyone know where I can a decent female pilot head?

And if getting a complete set just to cut off one head is too prohibitive, you could always opt for some generic female heads, like those from Hasslefree and sculpt a leather flightcap and goggles over it...

Hasslefree do women/s heads, but you'd have to sculpt any piloty bits.
