I believe at least one was used in the SCW?
If so, Ian 's got a sale here!

Sadly, that´s an unsubstantiated myth, according to Steven J. Zaloga... apparently, T-26s and BT-5s are well-documented, but the T-28 appears to have been a misidentification, perpetuated by subsequent publications.

Of course, you should STILL buy one, just for the lovely model. I´m seriously tempted, and I don´t even plan on doing Winter War soviets...

Well my T28 was waiting for me on my return from Germany so time to get superglue all over my fingers.
