This is a Reaper Lab Mutant with the mohawk cut off and some hair sculpted on.

If my pants were that tight I'd go green and angry, too.

Nice job!  That figure screams to be made into the Hulk.  He is based off the old Dark Heaven Clay Golem.  That one has no Mohawk.
