Title: DGS Miniatures (updated August 23, 2016)
Post by: Chambersofminiatures on 30 October 2011, 10:35:02 PM: I have been working with a local (Kansas City, MO USA) company that has started a fantasy based miniatures game.

What size is that base?
If it is 25mm, they must be pretty large miniatures.
Would like to see how they scale up with other ranges.
Any comparison shots, anybody?

GW Plastic, Foundry, DGS, Reaper, GW, DGS.

The DGS knight is 34mm (excluding the wings on the helm) and the other is 35mm to the top of the head.

Post by: dijit on 06 December 2011, 08:00:46 AM: They are nice minis, but a little too tall really to go with much. A single mini here and there would be ok as a really tall human, but otherwise too tall. However that doesn't distract from the very good paintjobs.

Post by: Elbows on 17 April 2014, 05:21:20 AM: I almost placed a big order from that retailer but they dropped the line...I was going to try a few (mainly some of their beasts and monsters). I may swing by and see if they still have the giant/troll thing for cheap...I'd like to see the scale with some other lines eventually.

I won't say they had any sculpts which realy blew me away but the overall line is quite nice and has a nice fantasy look.

I believe that they are using several sculptor, you might have to go to the website or Facebook page to find out. Most of these are from the latest Kick Starter.
