Title: This Very Ground [QRS]
Post by: H.M.Stanley on November 11, 2011, 12:46:55 PM
Hi. I'm having a flick at the rules at the moment.

I'm familiar with DH so no major surprises so far but some nice changes.

Has anyone done a Quick Reference Sheet that they'd be willing to share?

Thanks chaps

James

If you're serious about TVG, its worth joining their Yahoo Group. All the QRS you'll need plus the official errata for things like Cavalry, boats and artillery.

Hey guys. Just saw you were talking about not being able to get onto the Yahoo Group. If you like, I can send you a personal email invite and hopefully that will just be a click away and get you right in. Email me at keith at ironivangames dot com.

I checked the recent Yahoo group requests and didn't see any that were missed.

Hope that helps,

Keith

O/T, I'm sorry. But I haven't got a copy of TVG and I was wondering re the major points of difference between TVG and Sharpe Practice?

I had Sharpe practice but never played it. I think simply TVG is more a straight forward game where as Sharpe Practice has a little more character development in it.

That's right, TVG is about small units and combinations thereof, in Sharp Practice the performance of the units is influenced strongly by the "Big Men" officer characters, so is more character led.
