Any suggestions for original style Cylons ?

I think Eureka did some briefly.
Akula is bound to know :)
I'd love some too!

Eureka did indeed have a small range, which is long OOP now. The poses didn't look that great tbh.
New series toasters are easier to make, as you could start with a star wars war droid, and convert the head.
Sorry can't be of more help.

Someone does decent ones in 15mm scale, if I recall correctly.
Not exact mind you, but close enough. Might be either Rebel or Khurasan Minis. Could be someone else too, but can't recall 100%.

I have some of those Eureka Cylons and they don't look half bad with a bit of paint. What I'd like to find are original series Colonial Warriors. I've converted one out of a Heresy character, but I'd like to find some more. It's hard to run a decent game with ten Cylons vs. one human. It can be done, but what's the point.

Yeah you need at least three humans, Starbuck, Apollo and Boomer.

For Colonial Warriors, you could modify a Han Solo, or other Star Wars CMG fig.
The firing pose exactly matches their style of firing pistols, and the uniform matches are pretty close too, e.g. holster, vest, and all.
A new paintjob would go a long way to making them look the part even more.

I always thought the WoTC Seperatist Commando wasn't a bad proxy:

Very nice ! but 40mm tall :(

They are taller than humans in the new show.
In the old show... well... they were all different heights.

Had a look at Rebel minis, did you mean "the scourge"?

having checked out the space vixens site i can tell you there are some great colonials if you dont mind the capes (which were worn on many occassions in the series).

I believe he meant the 15mm "Sybots" from Astro miniatures. They also have some 15mm !trek figures.
