Title: Looking for a Manufactor of modular 28mm SciFi Vehicles

Hey, hopefully someone can help me:

I found, some time ago, a Manufactor of complete modular 28mm generic SciFi Vehicles:
You choose a body, then chosse if it has Tracks, Wheels or is AntiGrav, the choose if and what kind of Weapons it hats... you get the Idea.

Anyone knows what Im talking about?

 Scotia Grendel do some which might be of use.A little on the small side for todays miniatures though.
