Title: Sneak peak.....Evil Halflings
Post by: Hubbynz on December 13, 2011, 12:12:18 PM
Well I am gearing up and packing my bags to return back to New Zealand for Christmas with the family so I would like to take this time to wish eveyone a happy and safe Xmas and New year.

Here is a small teaser for next year, pun intended the first six completed models of the Evil Halfling unit.....just waiting to be varnished and bases flocked. This unit marks the halfway point of my army with only 4-5 units left in the lead pile....ha only 4 or 5 depending on whether I can hold of buying more halflings. But I have vowed not to buy anymore until I have almost completed the army.......we will see how that goes.....

Looking good, Hubbynz!

Cant wait to see the rest!

A few old familiar faces there, plus a few I have never seen.
Where is the 'vampire' fella from?

Certainly a spectacular looking unit, Hubbynz! You did great painting them.

Know most of them, but cant put a name/number on the "vampire dwarf". Looks familiar but would like to know who he is?

Will be looking forward seeing the last 4/5 units painted as beautiful as these, sometime next year

Merry Christmas :)

EDIT: Had a good look at your fantastic blog and spotted one of those awesome Andrew Rae Pirate Halflings in your impressive collection. Just got lucky or did you track down the guy who bought them (back in 2009)? In case you did could you guide me in the right direction, please?

Is that Michael Jackling doing the Thriller dance?  lol

For those who wondered about the vampire halfling, I believe it was Crucible and should be available somewhere through Ral Partha Europe.

Lovely!

Never thought of using Gollum as an evil 'Fling, (I know that he is.... ::)).
It works really well.
