....a WIP sculpt from Snuurg 8)
Styled and scaled to complement the Lost Shores deep ones, this is our version of Dagon.
Shown here chasing a 28mm Conquest minis Iroquois warrior for scale (the only other gaming-related prezzie that was available on xmas night when we photographed this...)

He's roughly 155mm snout to tail, and almost 100mm to the crest of his dorsal fin. Plan will be to have him in several (resin) parts with a couple of metal details (poseable barbels, f'rinstance)....

Threadomancy: have just pulled the first test cast of our Dagon kit, rough assembly pics below. This should be available shortly after I get back from hols, 2nd week of August.
Shown on the included 120mm Lost Shores base, he's approx 150mm long, 100mm tall, and 150g of resin in 8 pieces. 8 white metal barbels for fitting around the upper/lower jaws also included, don't have them to hand yet.

Not sure yet, waiting on receipt of metal bits for final calculations...hopefully this time next week I'll be in a position to work that out :)

First fully assembled pic with the 8 metal feelers & barbels...a face only Mother Hydra could love:

Hoping to price him up and have him in the shop before the weekend....
-
...and while I'm at it, first assembled pic of our Nightgaunt mini by Mark Evans. Love'em or hate'em, resin minis mean it's much easier to model dynamic, gravity-defying poses like this one....

Lovely.. want both..
-
oooooh, want that Nightgaunt!
Although I love Dagon, it's a bit too big for gaming IMO (except for special scenarios), so I'll pass.
-
That creature is impressive. I love the nightgaunt. How many parts has it? Body, wings, head?
