I finally finished my horde of Mantic/Warlord conversio German Zombies.
I managed to 19 out of the set (I added in a single Mantic Ghould sprue that I had lying around as well).

Great looking Zeds!!! I have a bunch of these guys that need some paint, on my "New Years" resolution list. How much cut and fill did you need to do on these figures??

I did quite a hack job on them. Only used sprue clippers and a scalpel to cut them.
As they are zombies I assumed they would have a fairly rough look and also the posing could be quite awkward looking...
There was a fair bit of greenstuff covering joints. Mainly used to make ripped uniforms etc. As they were ripped and worn the greenstuff didn't need much smoothing etc...
