Title: Four A miniatures new pieces
Post by: manic _miner on 12 January 2012, 06:01:50 PM
Here are three new miniatures which will be going into the webshop over the weekend.

These have been sculpted by Adam Gayford and painted by Paul Sanderson. They will come as a pack of three. They should work for a few different game systems.

Nice!

Lets have enough varients so we can build two complete units of each type. Like them both very useful. How do they scale to some of your other sculpts as Wiffy's minis can be a little on the 25-28mm(ish) side?

These scale well with the Snow Troopers and the rest of Adams pieces.Speaking of the Snow Troopers there are three more done now which will be out in a few months time.Over one hundred sculpts sitting waiting.

Also, worth convincing adam to do head sprues, (a la Pig Iron), have a few weapon sprues too and everyone will be happy!

;)

Only 100 ready for casting...someone's slacking! :D

I have more Post-Apoc types planned for this year. They will be mostly different types as not everyone in a Post-Apoc setting will be equipped the same.
There are two more sets which will be coming out this year too. These are Shocktroopers and Droptroopers.Adam is just doing a few more Shocktroopers to bring the range up to a decent level. Also more Snowtroopers being done too.

The Four A miniatures range is growing at a steady rate. This has only happened due to people buying the miniatures.Being more of a miniature collector the business side of things is taking some getting used to.It is great chatting with people at the show's.Nice to get some feedback too.Doing the show's is the best way of showing the miniatures off.I know I like to see what I am buying before parting with my money.

Having a good supply of greens means I dont have to give sculptors deadlines.Which makes things easier for all involved.
