Well, the hair, nose, chin and possibly lips might have to be modified a little bit, but otherwise it'd be a cool dynamic pose.

The conversion you envision could certainly work. Note that Foundry already makes a Marv as part of the Street Violence Freelance Assassins pack:

And the Hasslefree one can also be done as Hellboy.

I think it would work well, and its a nice dynamic action figure in the jumping pose. I like the sense of movement they have going on.
I might try to get one though and convert it into Hellboy. With the big coat it look the goods, and with the jumping pose swapping out the boots for hooves would be a really easy conversion i think.
