Title: Rommel's Rod
Post by: dominic on 20 December 2007, 10:14:20 PM
Hey, just saw this on TMP.
Moebius Models is thinking of re-releasing this cool model!

They're asking for feedback on what scale to make it in (originally it was 1/24th).  So all of you, send an email to:

rr@moebiusmodels.com

And say that you want Rommel's Rod to be compatible with 28mm wargaming figures!!
Go!! Do it now!!!

Ah... uh... errr...  :?:

For once, I´m lost for words. As much as I like halftracks, this one... err... well...

I´m sorry, but I´m a person who even dislikes the Mercedes Benz G34. And that one only had two rear axles.

I simply don´t know what to make of it. Of course, it gives the term "Weird War II" a whole new meaning.

That is wonderful!

Oh, yes, I'd have me one of them. Beautifully mad. Is it based on a real vehicle? Please tell me yes.

Hi Jolly Bob - to me it looks like a cross between a Mercedes G34 and an American M3 Halftrack!

Cheers Dominic.

It doesn't really matter if it's not real, I've been looking for something like that to transport my adventurers through the Gobi Desert for ages. It's perfect.

And I want one!

Email sent!
