Stats for human without training or combat skills
Could be something like this?:

Strength: 2 Resolve: 2  
PR: 2
MR: 2  
DMG: 2      
Agility: 2  Mind: 2    
PA: 2
MA: 2  
PD: 2
MD: 2  
INIT: 2
