Title: New to the Forum

Hi,

I am new to this forum, but not new to wargames. I first started playing wargames when I was at school oh about 34 years ago. I used to play a lot of WRG5, WRG6, Tercio, POW and more. Not so much figure gaming now, but just getting back into both painting and gaming.

I am also one of the organisers of the UK Games Expo, held in Birmingham every year. Figure gaming is part of Expo - we have FOG, FOW, Warmachine Hordes and more, but it is not a traditional wargame show.

My current period is colonial and I have been playing Chris Peers 'Death in a Dark Continent' and last week picked up a copy of 'A Good Dusting' (I believe David Bickley, the author, is active on this forum).

I have a long painting list - both colonial and other periods, in fact, like many wargamers, I have enough figures to last several lifetimes!

Enough about me, I hope to enjoy this forum and use it to keep up my enthusiasm for wargames.
