Title: Latest Attempt Ghost updated

Hi Everyone,

Since I'm still learning and trying to improve at sculpting, I'm going to try and sculpt something every two days  :o


Here's my first attempt,   A Ghost or it could be used as a Graveyard/Tomb statue. Its made from Fimo and is about 30mm

(If its in the wrong forum and should be in the Gothic horror or fantasy, just let me know? and I will move it )


What do you think  ???

Stop being so bloody humble :D ;D

Its another great sculpt. Some will pontificate over how the folds of cloth should have been here or there etc. but it looks more than saleable to me and there is much much worse being offered even by the big names.

Keep them coming please.

As Svennn said, there are some notable comparisons available from the big companies out there.
It would not look out of place alongside the GW LotR Nazgul, for instance.

Nice sculpting.

I really love this one and I would definitely use this as a ghost. I've been searching for miniatures that can be played as ghosts or something similar and I couldn't find anything that I liked...this one I would buy immediately if was sold somewhere. You are a really talented sculptor.

The drapery of the cloth makes the model have a subtle suggestion of movement that is excellent.  Very ghostly!

I don't really 'do' horror figures but I like everything about that, even down to the implied weight of the ball/globe  8)

I've only ever been able to sculpt shoggoths and formless spawns. And poorly at that. lol

I've got a lot more idea's for Mythos and Creatures of the night type models :)
I'll keep posting them on here when they are complete.


Also, If any one's interested, Mark from C P models has picked this one up and should be releasing him  soon.

He could easily pass a disguised Hybrid, too...
