Title: Butler's Rangers 1777
Post by: MajorRobertRogers on February 08, 2012, 11:40:39 AM
I've just converted some Foundry British Light bobs in chain helmets to a party of Butler's rangers. There'll be some additions, wearing hunting shirts, as well.

Very nice looking conversions there  8)

I've always had a soft spot for Butler's Rangers.

Welcome aboard,
Lance

Very nice and love the work on the Leggings. Galloping Major has been giving me tips on doing my own leggings for Light Inf Highlanders for FIW.

Thank you for such a warm welcome, chaps! The Galloping Major introduced me to this forum, -although I knew of it's existence- and he wasn't wrong about what a great bunch of people conversed on it. Thank you for the encouragement. It's good to share enthusiasms! :)
PS: The leggings were rendered by using liquid Green Stuff, which I've recently been experiementing with. So far, I've liked it. It's good for small jobs like this. I'm not sure how it would stand up for making masters, though.
