Title: Ancient Cattle ?
Post by: nervisfr on 12 February 2012, 09:21:09 AM
For an Irish cattle Raid project , i'm in search of good cattle figurines (pigs, sheep, cow), that i could use for other periods like Ancient Greece, etc....and at good price.
So, the question is :
Does any one have seen the cattle from Outpost Wargame Sce.

look interesting and not too expensive.

i have seen the ones from ;
Greapping beast, Dixon and Redoubt at the moment. i exclude Foundry for the cost and their silly business politics.

I would like to have an advice about Outpost before ordering....

No experiences with Outpost but the price is very attractive and actually you can't make too much wrong with anilmals. I'm also tempted.

The outpost ones are nice, a similar alternative would be the vendel now sgmm ones which are also long horns
