Post by: mysteriousbill on 14 February 2012, 12:11:20 AM
A game of TUSK where things didn't go as the guy running it had planned.

Very nice....! Thanks for posting this. Are the dinosaurs just kids' toys, or are they from specific manufacturers....?

What a fun looking game.
These Dino hunt games are really intriguing.

I like the other AAR's as well.

I think that most of them were Schleich dinosaurs. The nice thing about these is that they come in different sizes. Small dinosaurs are actually smaller than the big dinosaurs. With dollar dinos every dino is about the same size, the Raptors are the same size as the T-Rexs, which means that only some of them are useful for gaming. The Schleich's are more expensive but are well painted.

They also have a nice assortment of dragons and other monsters.

They also might have been Carnegie

"I didn't think that Brits were allowed to be stealthy. Aren't they suppose to advance in a line out in the open?"

Filthy, colonial propaganda!  lol

I'm sure the 'Kid' will be stoked for a LONG time.

Shocking about the young lady's décolletage, though!  :o

Thanks for posting this!

Lost World games are great fun.  You can start a whole minis collection and a campaign for the cost of maybe half a dozen adventurer minis.  After that the only expenses are thunder lizards, giant bugs and snakes, and some terrain.  You are talking maybe 10 bucks for all the gaming you could ever want.

However, no need to stop there.  Add in your Zulus as local native warriors, European soldiers and sailors, the temple of some forgotten god of darkness, a crashed tripod or two, there's no limit!
