Title: Pulp Sailors - Wake Island Defenders
Post by: Johnnytodd on March 04, 2012, 03:55:15 PM
To continue the recent Pacific War theme here's a shot of Pulp's Tin Hat Marines that I painted up as USN defenders of Wake or Midway island.

I love Pulp Figures.
You did a fine job of painting them.
Wake Island has all ways been an interest of mine.
Have you watched "Wake Island?"
It was made during WWII.

Read a brief review of the movie by a survivor of the battles - which the movie implies were none.

Good WW2 propaganda movie but not what he experienced in summary.

Gracias,

Glenn

Pulp Figures has quite a nice selection for this project. Your's came out very nicely!

I have a bunch of their sailors and quite enjoyed painting them.
