Title: WFB 3rd Ed Battle report: The Barrow. Part 3 added 14/03/12.
Post by: Erny on 07 March 2012, 08:55:07 AM
Hello all,

This is going to get pretty big so I felt it deserved it’s own tread. I’m posting up a WFB 3rd ed. Battle report on my blog  http://ernysplace.blogspot.com/ (http://ernysplace.blogspot.com/). It’s getting pretty big and I’ve only finished posting the introduction and the scouting turn but here are some pictures and a map to give you an idea of what I’m up to. Essentially a Vampire and a necromancer and their undead horde against a local wood elf boarder guard. The initiative is certainly with the undead already but it is still any body’s game. I have one bet on the wood elves as it stands any more takers?

Part 2 has now been posted with some actual moves included! We have a general advance by both sides and an attempt at an out flanking manoeuvre by the undead as well as some artillery fire. The woodies are going to have to raise their game I think.

Hope you enjoy.
