My first attempt at doing any sort of camoflage, but reasonably happy with the way they turned out.

CC welcome, especially any way to improve the bases as I think they need a lift.
Couple more pics on the blog.

indeed, the Camo is really nicely done :-* Not so keen on the "Leather" Bags/Pockets,good Contrast for sure but id prefer a Black/Dark Grey Color for a more realistic Look
-
Nice work. I like the camo.
-
Nicely done, and the camo looks so russian ^^
-
Very bright blue but it's working for me. :) :)
-
Love the paint!
These are such great figures, they excel over Future War Marines (existing or promised) available currently.
-
Nice job! I like em. :)
-
Great urban camo. Good show :D
-
I like these :D .
It is a good mix of camo and a lighter colour to add a bit of contrast... after all, you want to be able to see your troops on the table-top!
Really nice stuff.

Seconded. Nice camo, but I too would rather see black & grey (not necesseraly dark) for all the extras.
-
Very nice :D I have 20 or so of these in a box undercoated wondering what to be done with them lol
-
Nicely done, I'd have to agree that I'd prefer darker packs, but the lighter brown works nicely on them.
-
Thanks gents for the words and cc.
Pretty mixed opinion on the accessories front as to preference for light or dark. I think if I did the packs etc black I'd have to highlight all the dark areas. Will give it a go and see which look I prefer, and I'll post the results. Cheers

Thought I'd update this project after a bit of a hiatus here.
Finished off the platoon as started re the accessories, which I like more on colour balance thing rather than a realistic look;

Sign me up!
They look great. Nice cammo.
-
These would be very distinct on the tabletop. Great work! Any opponents in the works?
-
I like this urban police-style camo. Very russian indeed. The basing makes them look a bit like they are patrolling Central Park though. ;) I'd suggest a more neutral basing grey-ish dirt colour with just a few tufts of grass or brown leaves. On the other hand, if your scenery is more woodlands than urban the basing is just fine.

Working on the other side at the moment, think 'Battle:Los Angeles' hi-tech aliens vs human modern-esque. Hope to post the first update on The Enemy soon.
-
Those are great. The camo is really well-done. Is that vehicle Old Crow or one of the Void 1.1?
-
It's an Old Crow Glaive transport with a mini turret on the top and it REALLY suits the look of the troops.
Lovely work :-*
