Title: [40k] the imperial guard vs a cult Genestealer

Last Friday, I played with Oll a new part of 40k, V2. The fight set the imperial guard vs a cult Genestealer in an urban district.

The fights were relentless.

Yes the Leman Russ seen in the AAR (not above) is a toy conversion :

I use a lot of alternative miniatures for my army that you can see here :

Thanks for the reply, hehe. I saw that you used the Warzone figures for your IG but couldn't identify the Leman Russ. Where did you buy it?

And congratulations to both of you for gaming with a mix of figures from different lines and great scenario. If only I had all those ONI zombies :'(

The tank was a spare unit. It is not deployed in the beginning of part.

I always enjoy seeing people playing 2nd edition 40k, particularly when they're using things that don't exist in the modern game (Genestealer Cults!). I forwarded this on to my local mailing list of 2nd edition gamers, and they all really enjoyed it -- none of us read French, but we had fun trying to work out what was going on!

Did you Gate Genestealers? That was a popular move! :)

The base of the first one looks like an Ilyad base to me, guess it's one of their minis ;)
